It's been delightfully drizzly for the last couple of days. Not enough to do much with the fire danger for us little woodland critters, the forest undercover still sounds like walking on a six inch layer of corn flakes.
Yeah, I've been off of the 'puter for a while. Just been sooo busy, using the decent January weather to go all Eveready Bunny on a big back-up of stuff on the round toit list. Infrastructure stuff. The last couple of week's worth of "stuff" shows so little and helps so much. Two of the items should have been done at least four years ago, woulda saved me endess tedium and a 3rd would have made a big difference in the quality of a old project. The problem with going all commando on such is that my day which normally begins at 4:30 AM winds up with a shoddy meal shortly after sunset followed by a deep coma until the next 4:30 AM! Night before last I had finished my meal of a couple of burritos made from a batch bubbled up 3 days prior and I wanted to watch a teevee show. Last thing recalled was the clock on the wall registering 8:07 PM. Next thing was the need to pee at three. Don't know what the show was but it'll probably be re-run.

**sigh** Hamas winning the election is sooo not news. Islam is a serious mental disease and elections just allow it to grow on the Petri dish. Foul, filthy generation-spanning nastiness. There really is no hope for those infected by the islamoshit disease. Too bad it is transferred to young 'uns that would otherwise have a sense of humor and proportion. Instant lifetime hate. Must really be a bum way to live one's life prior to the glory of the bomb belt. Have you ever read the The Covenant of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas)? Quite interesting. I got a kick out of Article 33:
Fun people those. Keep in mind every penny sent to prop up Hamas is a penny that will be spent killing non-islamicysts (sp intentional)

Want the whole story about this mug? ;o) Two folk likely to read this can likely surmise, the other reader can ask her 87 year old mother (who didn't nurse her).

Life is a lot of fun even if one has to lean on a cane every now and then. Fulla good folk and kids that smile. I like that just a whole bunch.

Guy, my sweet former bride bought it for me at a local flea market ~10-12 years ago. I got a bit sideways laughing when I saw it and since Nina knew my disposition on "stuff like that", gave the sweet little Baptist lady 25 cents and the mug has been in my hands every since then.
